Who are we?
Hospitality Distilled sits at the heart of a family of hospitality businesses, born from the experience, creativity and curiosity of Rude Boy Hobart and Punch & Ladle.
It all started behind the bar at Rude Boy - learning, experimenting and constantly pushing our craft forward. Punch & Ladle followed, taking that passion for flavour one step further by creating spirits and products that bring our ideas from the bar into the bottle.
Hospitality Distilled is the next chapter - taking everything we’ve learnt and turning it into hands-on, real-world education. From cocktails and service to technique, culture and the confidence to make it all happen, we share the knowledge and experience that sits behind what we do.

ROHAN MASSIE
SPIRITS & COCKTAIL EDUCATION

WSET CERTIFIED
Holding several qualifications, including WSET Level 2 in Wine and Levels 1-3 in Spirits, Rohan is a respected educator currently teaching WSET Spirit Education, along with Cocktail, and Bar Operational courses in collaberation with the Tasmanian Hospitality & Tourism Accademy (THTA) helping advance the skills of those in Tasmania's hospitality industry.
